Default Barricade bumpers

Anyone have any experience with the barricade bumpers from extreme terrain? Looking at the front, rear w/tire carrier, and rock sliders. Pretty good prices but are they as good as say a smittybilt? Also the winches.

Hopefully someone else will jump in here with their experiences as well, but I wanted to point you to the Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper and Barricade Trail Force HD Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier products pages. They both have a good number of customer submitted pictures as well as some pretty in depth reviews. I would put them right on bar with Smittybilt quality or better.

Barricade currently doesn't have any Rocker sliders but when they do we'll have them up on the site. The Barricade Winches don't have as many reviews as they have only recently gone up on the site. Let me know if you're interested in anything and I'll put a quote together for you!

I just got done installing a set front and rear with tire carrier and am very happy so far. There was a ding on the front bumper that I am sure was there before being packed, because the packing was thick, so a little lacking in the QC prior to shipping.

Easy install with two guys, but I'm sure can be done alone. Appears to be nice quality materials and such, very stout and secure. I am going out this weekend and crossing my fingers I don't really need them but I am confident they will stand up to anything I will ask of them.

I am getting very very slight squeak coming from the tire carrier (I have a factory soft top) but can't say that's not normal as this is my first drive with a tire carrier. The sound is far less than what I get from many pickup beds I have owned in the past.

The shelf for the winch up front looks large and vacant without anything there, I plan on filling the void so it won't be a problem for long. Brush guard is nice, has an outward lean as opposed to just up.

Keep XTRyan in mind as you are shopping for prices and features for your bumpers. I looked long and hard and refused to spend some of the dollars that we're being asked around the bumper world and IMO these are the best bang for buck bumper available.

Im looking to purchase around the end of the month, could i get a quote on the Trail Force HD Front Bumper,Trail Force HD rear bumper with tire carrier, and Smittybilt Rock Crawler Rocker Guards shipped to 30014. What is the rear hitch rated for? Im still interested in a winch, propably the Smittybil X2O8 since it is waterproof. Does it come with everything needed such as the fairlead? What would it cost to upgrade to a synthetic line? Thanks

Default checking out rear bumpers

Well I just bought and installed the fold down tailgate from Swagoffroad and it is really nice so far! I love it actually. And I really like the look of the jk with out the spare tire but am old enough to know that it isn't wise to run without one so I need a swing out spare tire holder and new bumper. So the swing out tire carrier needs to be independent of the tail gate. This Barricade Trail Force HD Rear Bumper w/ Tire Carrier looks great I kind of wish it came with an option to go to the fender, instead of ending at the sheet metal. But it does look ok. So are there any complaints about this bumper? I see lots of reviews and all good compared to the smittybilt.. So many choices on bumpers!
thanks for any input good and bad!

Ok i was going to buy this today and received a response to PM from Ryan and he tells me that "There are no spots for chains or wiring on that bumper because it is not tow rated"..
well crap that is no good to me.. I sometimes tow my boat with the JK..I wonder if there is a way to make it tow rated or maybe cut the receiver off the bumper and use the original one?
Dam I was looking at the XRC Atlas but it weighs so much and has terrible reviews....
so I guess I am still looking for a good swing out tire carrier that is independent of the tailgate.
Thanks Ryan for the discount codes I won't share them and do hope to use them this month!

Does anyone have any long term experience with these bumpers? I really like the way they look but want to know how they hold up. I need to get one soon since my winch is on its way.
