My Buddy gave me his spacers it is un clear as to what brand they are. I think they are from a TJ there is a part number etched in it (91002-5)

Can you tell me if the measurement is 4 1/4 inches from half of the spacer to the other? Also what is the measurement of the center hole 2 1/4"? see pictures for further clarifcation.
