Seen this thread and i was pumped. Alot of people will tell you to buy a sports car if you want engine performance on this forum but i say, hey, so what if its a jeep, lets go fast! However, i was verrry disappointed to see 1500 at least for JK headers? Are you kidding me??? My buddy is putting long tubes on his CJ7 for 400 bucks... He paid 1500 for an entire 6.0 v8 engine. Every once in awhile i see 3.8 or 3.6 engine mod discussions on this forum, get excited, then realize its not worth it for the money. Personally im just gonna wait till i have problems with my 3.6 and swap in an LS or hemi. But good luck! Hopefully theyre sweet!

Totally agree 100%. JK parts seem to have premium sticker prices. If you look on bbk's website, other longtubes are going for 400,500,600 bucks! Yes the jk has cats and an extra pipe, but not $1000 worth of extra parts. Anyways i think these may be a possible purchase in the future. Pricewise, its the best longtube yet and ceramic coated?! Hell ya!

Talked with Nick at THMotorsports today. He said he should have a price and idea of when they can get them in about a week.

Are you serious? BBK is huge in the muscle car world. They make top notch products. Ripps are nice, but im saving almost $500 and they're ceramic coated.

So if I am reading that tiny graph right, that is roughly 8 HP and maybe 10 TQ at 3250 rpm? With less of both down in the 2500-ish range where I normally cruise. And prices of $1150 or $1300.

That doesn't seem to be a very favorable power to cost ratio?

3200rpm seems to be 15ftlb and ya 8-10hp. Ripp will give you about the same until 4000 range. Considering replacement short tubes give you almost no change. Same with cold air intakes and most exhaust systems. 2012+ jk actually lose torque with an exhaust. Dyno proven!
This isnt a bad option for replacement headers. Especially with me rocking a supercharger.

In the market for LT headers looking at the options, not many reviews.

BORLA LT no Cat's here in my town for under $1500 CAD +tax add 2 Cat's around $100-150 ea.

RIPP w/ Cat's $1941.36 CAD they dropped the price. +shipping? +taxes! +duty!

BBK w/ Cat's $1576.48 CAD + shipping? + taxes +duty!? no stainless option

also running a Supercharged JK 3.8l

edit: OBX Racing Sports Long Tube SS Exhaust Headers 07-11 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L V6 NEW on ebay $400 USD
