Went to a place today that would install a BDS 2.5 or 3 inch coil lift in my jk. Said it was a really legit set up and was up there if not better than TF. Anybody have it?

I heard bds was a really good lift. Not to sure about jeeps but i used to work at chrysler and there was one guy that did all the lifted trucks and he said bds was his favorite because they were the easiest to work with. That doesn't really confirm quality?

I got some BDS shocks on my jeep and love them. The best thing about BDS lifts/products, is the NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED lifetime warraty. If anything fails, gets destroyed, whatever, needs to be replaced, they will replace it no questions asked, great customer service and IMO great quality products.

Their shocks don't have a no questions asked warranty.

From BDS

Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty

BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.

No Fine Print Warranty
This unique warranty proves our commitment to the quality and reliability of every product we make. The No Fine Print warranty does not include shock and stabilizer cylinders.

If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.

Sales gimmick- no different than the rest really when it boils down to it. Most suspension companies offer some type of "Lifetime Warranty" limited or not for their products, so their warranty doesn't impress me.

I have the bds 6.5 lift and I love the way it handles on and off road. I installed the lift my self in my driveway and when I had questions on their instructions they were very helpful and I could always talk to the same person. There warenty is great no questions, bent a control arm sent it in, they sent me a new one.
