I noticed you guys have a 3" LA kit now.. How's that working out for you guys so far and what are the specs of it? I'm guessing the ride is amazing also and from reading about it, it looks like that may be the perfect kit for me...

A poll option on here would help you out along with the post comments, not sure if you can still add one or not.

Also curious what everyone thinks on these various kits.

Ok now that I've read the entire thread I have a question ....so I do plan on running 37s and am curious if sticking with a short-arm (hate calling them that since even stock they are longer than TJs) kit would suffice with 37s?

It sounds like the majority of the short arm kits with 4" of lift will support 37s. That said, I'd go long arm so you won't have to upgrade in the future.

BDS 6.5" kit. I have been extremely happy with it.

that's what i've been running for about a year now and still don't feel the need to go long arm. not that long arms wouldn't be nice to have, it's just not necessary for 37's. also, now that i have the EVO front coilovers and rear EVO lever systems, i have an outstanding ride and a flex that is as good as most long arm kits and in some cases, better.

Works great, I ran into a customer while camping that had this with 35's a while ago. He saw mine with the 4"/37's and was . He deceided that later on he would do 37's and add some spacers.. I drive about 50 miles a day on the freeway, the on road handling is incredible. It doesn't ride like a lifted Jeep.
