I guess if I'm doing a longer trip, just making sure I bring the torque wrench with me and check it during a quick stop.
I check mine after wheeling trips and at oil changes.

Same here. I've had a few sets and find that after first mounting, they usually need to get tightened a few times over the first couple months. After that, they stay pretty tight. A few wheeling trips will loosen them a bit. It's easy to check, so I do it when I think about it.

Just get a good torque wrench and one of proper size. A 20-100 ft lbs wrench is not going to work. The accuracy is way too far off. Ideally, 0-50 or 0-70. And click type.

Ok cool. I guess I will order these bad boys and get them here, so I can use them in time for winter jamboree here in Sand Hollow. I will get what I need to mount them myself as I'm sure they will want to charge an arm and a leg for that.

I don't care for the TPMS and don't feel like spending the additional money for them.

So are there certain type of valve stems I should order or stay away from? I know I'm going to pick up the valve stem install tool and a better torque wrench.

Just curious as if my ARB twin will be able to seat bead of the tire instead of bringing the tire to a shop for that.

rockmOnsters need 100 ftlbs so you will need something bigger if you get them.

Eh, good catch. I'm thinking ATX anything where it's 22 ft lbs.

100 ft/lbs? Seriously?? Mine sucked bad enough torquing everything to 20lbs. I cannot even imagine how many rotations around each rim to get up to 100lbs. Those must be seriously beefy.

Something keeps me from hitting pay on the beadlocks. I guess the only thing is that in the long run I will be getting D60s and most likely end up in 8x6.5 bolt pattern, but I'm sure that will be in like 2 years from now.

I hate these type of decisions.

Sell them when you're done. I had Slabs on JK axles. Went to tons. I bought Chamber Pro's and then swapped rings with the slabs. Basically, I sold my slabs in like new condition. I got $150 less than I paid for them. Nominal in my view.
