Default beaten like the red headed stepchild...

I know this idea has been kicked around forever but Id like to see what people think after they have ripped off thier stock suspensions, bumpers, wheels and tires then regeared thier diffs.
I want a jeep w/ 4 full doors & hard top. I will build as cash flows but will upgrade susp., wheels, tires , gears, bumpers and driveshafts immediately(probably lockers as well).
The only thing (overtime) I wouldnt replace on a rubi is the front dana 44 and lockers. So what would you do a $22k x or $29Krubi figure both used.
PS anyone want to buy a yota

this is the best rundown.... although his pricing doesnt really take into account labor.

searched them seen them, but im looking at all used 1st resale and definately no!!! (sorry to yell) stockk vs stock. opinions. This jk will be built by my hands or when necesary a pro. Yes figure in labor if you want but locker install becomes cheap if you are regearing anyway. I can run arb air (done it) or my pref auburn elec myself. Bumpers, Lift, tires and drive shafts will most likely be done by me. Ive done adjustable Ifs already thats why I want a jeep.
PS anyone want to buy my toyota

Saltman I know what your saying but I sat on alot of parts for my yota and never sold them. Also w/ the abundance of rubi parts on the market (Ive seen the 4sale section) and lack of offroaders in my area its a losing proposition.
EDIT sorry I forgot anyone want to buy my yota...cheap

As far as labor goes, I did take into account the labor to put the ARB in the rear diff. EVERYTHING else only takes a simple set of handtools ( I used a cheapie set from Home Depot that was 59 bucks I think), a cordless drill (20-30 bucks) and a cheap drill bit set (maybe 20 bucks?) a highlift jack (you should have one anyways) and mild mechanical skill.
I didn't account for additional labor because I figured it would be things anyone could do fairly easily.

Astar,
what did you end up buying, i am looking for opinins, and understand that I will be looking @ labor costs for some items.
I guess given the chance to do it over again X or rubi? if your planning to build and dumping alot of the stock parts are the lockers and dana 44 worth it if your changing everything else anyway.
