What's up everyone? I have a question, does anyone use their best top trektop NX during the winter? I have it I love it and I take off the top during the winter and use my hardtop. Does anyone use theirs during the winter? how does it hold up and do you recommend it also how was it with the snow?

I run mine year round and have had no issues. The hard top didn't really provide any insulation so I can't tell a difference as far as temperature. My only "complaint" would be the loss of the defrost, but the plastic windows warm up quicker than the glass so the snow and ice melt off fairly quickly. Also, you can't use an ice scraper on the NX... I keep my hardtop around because I may not have a garage in the next place I live in, and don't trust the hoodlums!

Thanks. The snow doesn't add too much weight in the top? I live in New Jersey, so it's hit or miss with the snow. It could either be 1 inch or 6 inch is sometimes more just wondering how it was with all the added weight.

I'm currently in the middle of Kansas, we just got about 4" last week and there was no sagging nor drooping. It just blew off when I drove to work.

I have the twill trektop NX on year round. No problems at all in snow. I screwed down the part of the top that wraps around soundbar to pull roof tighter.
