Default Bedlined Tub?

Those who bedlined their tub where did you buy the bedliner, which brand did you use and how much did you pay for it???

Also, how long does it take (the majority of my carpet is already out of the JK)? and is there and tricks to it that will make it go faster???

i used the Herculiner, $100.00 at the pep boys, plus a few extra paint brushes from the dollar store.

i chose to use the brushes, not the roller, to apply. i dont know why.

as for speeding it up, i dont think there is a way. i did mine in two phases, the rear seats and cargo area first. then the front, which i did before i started installing my lift and it was completely dry by the time the install was done.

overall, i am happy with the product, so far has lived up to its claims, has taken a beating from misc crap i have thrown in there, cleans up nicely after getting muddy.

i say go for it! do a search for herculiner, there are a few, most of them have pics too!

This is one of the best mods I've had done to the Jeep. Makes a world of difference in cleaning and functionality.
Agreed! However if you do want to spend the 2 hours it takes to remove all the seats and plastic trim then you can save about $350.

I was quoted $450 for the entire tub, rollbars, and door sills when I went in with just the driver seat in.

See this thread Herculiner Gotchas. Fully detailed instructions and px. I did the same using red herculiner and it came out great. Cost me about $100 and took 2 days.

A friend of mine with a YJ suggested that I have this done to my JK, just to save from the carpets getting wet and having that water sit in the tub and create rust.

I was wondering if I should also have some sprayed on the underside of the tub. Would that require too much disassembly to get to the whole thing?
