Default Are bedlined wheels/ grills easy to keep clean?

Want to make my grill and wheels black. Debating between duplicolor enamel or bedliner. I'm just wondering if the texture holds dirt and mud more than a paint would, and are they easy to clean? Plasti dipped to test the look, love it with the orange crush, but want something more durable now

Thanks

I haven't had any problems with my Bedlined wheels. The dirt just comes right off with the power washer

I can speak on the grille. It seems like it may hold dust and dirt slightly easier, but not really noticeable. Cleans up just fine with a bath

The only downside is washing with a mitten or drying it with a shammy. since it is slightly rough it doesnt like the tecture of the shammy, so I let it air dry. Washing it with a sponge works just fine, the bedliner will attract the cotton from the mitten.

If you hand wash then no it is terrible because the cloth or sponge gets caught up on it. If you go to a car wash where they have a power washer then it's easy.

Some people are starting to plasti-dip their wheels and grills. There are some advantages such as you only need to thoroughly clean the surface instead of sand/clean/prime the surface. If you get tired of the look it's supposedly easy enough to just peel off an return to original or redo it. It might be worth considering.

I herculiner'd my grill. If it werent for the tendancy to remove flesh upon brushing against it, i can say i have no complaints. Just a quick pass with a power washer, and a good scrub with the pay n spray brush and its all good!

I used Dupli-color Bed Armor and I clean the bug guts off with a green scratch pad like the one on the back of kitchen sponges. No problems so far and my grill has been done for about a year.
