Default Bedliner on hardtop then hothead liners

I'm going to duplicolor my hardtop interior next week and was wondering if the hothead liners will stick to the bedlined interior. Or should I leave the Velcro area clear. Anyone done this?

Maybe a quick e-mail to hotheadliners would get you the best answer.

You should definitely leave the area that the Velcro or 3M tape is going to be clear of the duplicolor.

Don't mess with a good thing. I got one of the first sets and they are still holding tough after all the hot summers out here. These thing are awesome!
