Default Bedlining RR xhd rear

Do I need to sand it down or anything to use the spray on bedliner. It's the normal factory black steel

I bedlined my rims and the only thing I did was scuff them up with a scrubbing pad. Then I wiped them down with some alcohol

If so u won't even need to scuff it, just dust it first then full on spray (evenly spray)
