Default beef up my axle

I have 3 inch lift and 35's on 2011 jku. I want to add some strength to my front axle. I do most of my off roading on the beach but some fire roads but nothing to crazy. What should I do to keep my c's from bending.

Ton's of choices on this one. All of the gussets on the market will be sufficient. You could even make our own if you felt like it.

There are plenty of options out there to beef up your D30. I would do EVO's C gussets and Synergy's inner axle tubing. Anything else is overkill, IMO. For what it's worth, I am running a 4" lift with 35's and rock crawl Arizona quite intensely. If anything, I would upgrade your axle shafts and u-joints before beefing up the axle housing, and then use your OEM stuff as spare parts on the trails. Just my .2 cents.

Gussets and a truss of your choosing will ensure your housing is safe on 35's or 37's. I have a Pure Jeep truss which can be picked up relatively cheap, but I would recommend the Artec armor truss instead. It is the most complete kit and is made for 1/4" material. That thing is solid.

I would personally truss before I would sleeve. I have the pure jeep truss and gussets for $130 shipped

I've done quite a bit of research and once I have the money to get it welded in I'm going with the Arctec truss. Seems to be the most recommended haven't heard anything negative

Sleeves and c-gussetts and be done with it....we wheel the crap out of it here on 37s and just fine....
I'm building the d44s now and we will run some NASTY stuff just fine.
The artec truss is beefy but the other stuff works just find.
