Default Benchmark Design Oil Pan Plug Replacement

Have a 2008 JK Rubicon with the Benchmark Oil Pan - looking for a replacement plug for this pan!

I know someone out there has had to replace one of these! If my post is redundant - I apologize in advance.

Cheers!

I'm not familiar with the oil pan, but Benchmark Designs went out of business years ago after many complaints on this forum for failing to deliver on many orders from many folks. I was likely one of the last to ever receive a product from him (yes, just one person was the entire business), and that wasn't until I threatended legal action after a ten month wait (for a dual battery tray). I'd suggest take the plug to a machine shop and see if they can't help you out. Have them manufacture a couple extra since set-up will probably be most of the cost and production just a couple extra bucks for each copy.

I have the pan and I have the plug but I'm not due for an oil change for a while yet so unfortunately it doesn't help you much.

I had a fumoto drain valve that I bought for the JK and I recall using it on my pan. Have you tried a stock plug??
