Bent C's vs. not bent C's. Pics?

I just (yesterday) had the Evo (Off Road Evolution) C-gussets welded on to my JKU (along with Evo lower control arm bracket skids front and rear and front axle sleeves). I didn't know anything about this until a few months ago, when I did a bit of offroading in an extremely muddy and stump-ridden pipeline service road near Houston and messed up my steering. The dealership straightened my steering (which I have since replaced with a PSC hydraulic-assist system) and told me I had a bent C, so they replaced my ball joint with an "offset" ball joint so that they could properly align that wheel (front right). So, I agree with those that say to reinforce those C yokes with gussets, at least if you intend to use the Jeep for what it was intended for.
I had the EVO's on my 08 towards the end of owning it. Not the easiest to make all the fillets while the suspension is bolted up, but was possible. I kind of like the Rock Krawler version, which is just an upper C brace. Looks pretty easy to get to and not near as much heat at the ball joint.
