I could not agree more with Resharp about adding a ram. Not really as expensive as you would imagine. But then I had hoses made locally and fabbed some needed brackets myself. I guess it would depend on which brand of beer you are drinking as to how long it would take to save for a hydro assist system. Biggest cost is the drilled and tapped steering gear, everything else is fairly reasonable. Good luck to ya !
