^^^ This. I'd bet you have the cause/effect backwards here. Something else is causing the DW and when it happens it bends the already fatigued metal where the sway bar is attached.

Maybe im looking at it wrong but the axle shifting minimally from death wobble still should not bend the bracket. Most swat bars links have bushings or heims to account for the minimal side to side play you should see...

Shoot, you don't have death wobble and don't run sway bars and have something like unbalanced 60" military tires! Dialing castor up to 20* FTW!
