Never towed anything yet, but i was going yo get a mount for my bicycles.
This is the Smittybilt XRC bumper and I think the tow mount is welded.

Looks like it has taken a good hit or two. I wouldn't chance something like that and would find a local welder / fab shop. Have them cut it off and weld up a new one.
