So, we all know a snorkel lets you cross the deep stuff, but what else do we need to do to make sure you can drive home?

This is a list, I will try to update it as I find out more stuff to do....

Besides the actual snorkel itself, you need to

-extend the breather tubes for both axles
-extend breather tube from T-case? do we have one?
-water proof engine, no idea what needs to be siliconed.... Alternator for sure
-have cut off switch for fan. An electic fan runnin under water just sounds like a bad idea....
-exaust should be fine as long as you are running, with foot on the throttle, but if you stall out, water can go to the engine... So, will a check-valve work? hmmm.......


I can't really think of anything else right now. so, any suggestions?
