Looking for a lift kit for my JK. I want to be thirfty... but also don't want to sacrifice my ride on the freeway. In your opinion.. what is the best way to go to just lift it a little... maybe 2" to 4"/

TeraFlex 2.5" coil/shock kit will allow you to run 35's.

My buddy got the Teraflex 2.5" kit and got almost 4 inches in the front and about 3" in the back. I ordered the same lift but haven't installed it yet. I'm going to get an adjustable front track bar and rear coil spacers to keep the rake. Hopefully next month!

theres nothing "thifty" about any lift over 3". dont get caught up by looking at the bottom line price, you will end up needing/wanting additional parts over 3". as Joe posted, the 2.5" or 3" teraflex kits are probably one of the best bangs for you buck. the only thing you will want additional with the 2.5"kit is an adjustable front track bar. for the 3" kit, you'll want front lower control arms and a front track bar.

for any 4" kit, you will end up wanting all 8 sets of flex arms, front track bar, brake line extensions, front and rear drive shafts, drag link flip. you wont need these items immediately, but expect to need them at some point, especially with an automatic.

I just got this kit instaled but went with the 5100 bilsteins shiocks. I have to say I love the kit. the front diff. was off a noticeable amount so I was gald I got the adjustable tracbar. I am noticeing a little flighty steering but nothing too bad. thinking about getting lower control arms to help with that.
