best adjustable control arms

Sorry if this subject has been beaten to death. Reply with your knowledge, or please point me in the right direction.
I have 5000 miles on my JKUR. I have a 3½ RE Budget lift. I am getting a "CREAKING" sound when I turn or rock the jeep. I think it may be bad bushings. But just in case it's not, what's the best control arms for the below all around use. I am 2hrs from the Oceano dunes, 45 minutes from Ducy Ersham trail as well as a dozen others, not to mention I drive to Utah about 5 times a year. I want to stay with the stock control arm mounts, as excessive amounts of money spent right now could be detrimental to my other marriage. (yes my jeep is my mistress). ThankS AGAIN, FOR THE HELP. SEE below. MY RIG AS IT STANDS NOW.

whatever is in your price/quality range. The synergy arms are adjustable on the vehicle. The Metal Cloak have a new type of bushing. Teraflex and rock Krawler are very nice too.
