Default BEST adjustable Trackbars?!

I have an OME HD and was wondering who makes the best adjustable trackbar for 2-3.5" lift I say 2-3.5 because I am not sure how much lift I will get after the bumpers ... I have heard problems on this forum with Teraflex & Full Traction...

any suggestions...

I have not heard of any problem unless you are referring to a SEPERATE problem with the stress on the OEM(Mopar) brackets.

I will be putting on my Full Traction front/rear bars as soon as they get here and could post if these are difficult to install or if I see any problems. Here's to hoping for centered axels and no more ESP problems!

[Thanx to David @ Northridge for setting me up with the FT Trackbars as well]

I recently installed the FT adjustable bars front and rear. Quality components and easy install makes this a great upgrade for those requiring axle re-centering. If you follow WOL's writeup, you will have no issues. I Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

The FT lower joints are outstanding. The design of the uppers doesn't allow for free rotation on the bolt as the suspension compresses/extends. When you torque the mounting bolts to 125 ft/lbs it binds the upper mount which is a composite bushing with a steel sleeve. The bolt squeezes the frame mount against the bushing which in turn compresses against the full-width eye of the track bar. If you don't have a liberal (grease the crap out of it!) amount of lithium grease in between all those components it will bind and "pop" or "click" as it moves. Most noticeable off-road where you are slow, low background noise, windows down, suspension flexing, etc. Mine did it front and rear after install. I dropped the upper ends, took them apart, greased the heck out them as I put them back together, and backed the torque off to 110 ft/lbs and the noise went away. We'll see how long the grease keeps them quiet.

Damn good idea! Did you drill and tap the upper mount tube so the zerk feeds grease in between the tube and the bushing?
