Not with TF or riddler. The solids had issues when they first came out. They required some grinding. That has been fixed for a while though.

i have used Riddler and TF. the Riddlers are beefy, but the fitment was off. on the rear, 2 bolts were a PIA to get on because there wasnt enough space to get a socket or an open ended wrench on the bolt head. there was also a decent size lip that hung below the housing in the front and back that could have easily caught a rock.

TF were a perfect fit out of the box.
Never noticed a fitment issue with my Riddlers.

I just installed the riddlers and really like them. Painted them yellow to match my JK. Fit well and all the holes lined up perfectly fine. Used lubelockers as well. Man they make life easier since I always seem to make a sloppy mess with RTV sealant.

Default question

Why do I need to change my diff fluid so often? My 2001 F150 has 100K+ and has never been changed. My last truck had 100k+ and was never changed. Why so much on the Jeep?

Base the fluid change on use IMO. For example I do my front less frequent then the rear. Rear every 15k and front every 30k. That's overkill to some but I'm a big preventive maintenance kind of guy.

Are the ARB covers worth the price for the little drain and fill holes..? I like the teraflex covers like all TF product- proven!

You just needed to jack the body up or pull it down to reach all the bolts easily.
