Best deal so far is from Northridge 4x4. $1850 for 5 wheels shipped. They said they are 2 weeks out though. I hate waiting!

Yeah. I know. But do t know if discount tire does free shipping.

Sleyva0796 12-10-2012 06:40 PM

Keep in mind that if u order through discount tire they will give u the cheapest possible price or match it but I'm pretty sure they have a policy AGAINST mounting tires and beadlock wheels. (they did when I worked there)

JKZinger 12-10-2012 07:46 PM

I got mine at Morris 4x4 online. Call them up and get their best price!

Morris quoted me like $2150

Bubba Jeep 12-11-2012 07:51 AM

Call Oliver at Trail Jeeps

Rippin Lipz 12-11-2012 07:56 AM

I don't think he has the same prices now, but last summer I got 5 Slabs from Chris at Jeepaddons for $1500 delivered.

JeepAddOns-Chris 12-13-2012 09:41 AM

Yeah, my cost has gone up since then. ATX doesn't have any on hand right now, so likely you'll be waiting two weeks wherever you order from because the wheels have to be drilled. Good news is that they would be drilled in LA, so shipping would take no time once they're done.

Northridge4x4 12-13-2012 09:47 AM

ATX doesnt have any because we ordered them all . We will have 90 of them in the next 7-10 days

David

Lomax-dtl 12-16-2012 05:33 PM

Christmas discount? Lol

You only have 80 now because I know 2 people that ordered some new wheels.

At $1850 for 5 wheels, free shipping, and no sales tax, it is a pretty good deal. I don't know what Discount Tire would sell the wheels for, but I'd also have to pay 8.2% sales tax if I bought from them. I'd rather keep my 8.2% for more Jeep mods instead of giving it to the government to waste.

Northridge4x4 12-28-2012 02:05 PM

We have these in stock ready to ship.

David

Congrats. Mine get delivered tomorrow. Now I need to get some 37" Nittos mounted on them.

I'm dreading lifting the weight of the ATX Slab with a 37" Nitto tire onto my spare tire carrier. :eek2:

11REDJK 01-03-2013 10:55 AM

Lol, wait it is every bit of fun as you think. I have Racelind Beads, and with the 37inch Nitto's it will potentially pop a nut, lol

Wouldn't change them for anything though. Enjoy!

DJ1 01-08-2013 02:30 AM

btw, what are the weight specs on these? Probably the only spec I can't seem to find online anywhere.

MoveRight 01-08-2013 03:40 AM

^X2. Also are replacement rings available?

AveryR 01-08-2013 06:22 AM

It's the only way to go if you're looking for good weight & performance. I'd go with some forged units like I run on my sedan but can't seem to find any.

Amazon shows that the shipping weight is 33.7 lbs for a 17x9. Should be a good go by.

The UPS shipping weight was listed at 35 lbs when I got them from Northridge4x4. Amazon has some ATX Slabs, but they don't have the proper lug pattern for a JK unless you have hubs.

Spyderlock, trail ready, etc. all weigh more and cost as much or more. Please advise if there is another option to consider.

Where did you get the black ring? Is the outer ring available in black, or did you powder coat?

I'm 99% sure you'd have to powder coat them. I think they come polished

Yep, Raceline Monsters. Weighs five lbs more, but a bit of a stronger wheel and cost less. Ultimate strength and lightweight is the Raceline Monster Forged wheel, but that's $$$ and mostly in use by the KOH type crowd.

UGOTKERN 02-01-2013 11:03 AM

Waste of money to powder coat the rings if folks wheel their JK's.... rattle can them black and be done. Here's Piratekitty's rattle canned.
