Default best evap protection??

You would of thought they would of placed the Evap canister in a better location... Does anyone have some advice on the best protection? I'm looking at poison spider and that is the best I can find so far...

I'm running the Poison Spyder skid and like all their stuff, it's rock solid. You can also relocate the canister, there are kits for that or DIY.

I went with a MORE skid and really happy with it - thing is beefy and worked on my 2012 - the stock skid is a flimsy, but at least there was one.

Rockhard relocation kit. Why not just get it out of the way? The kit relocates it above the rear axle. I did this a year ago and have had no issues.

If you have a welder make the skid yourself. 1/3 of the cost.

I am happy with my Rockhard skid, I have hit it many times and it has held up great.

I went with the skid row skid; went on no problem and it's pretty heavy duty. Another member has noted and I agree that the advantage of skidding the evap instead of relocating it is it does help to fill in that hole on the underside of the jeep; if you're scraping along it might help you out.

Kilby, Purejeep, Dietech evap relocation kits, all are basicly the same design. They relocate the cannister out of harms way above the rear axle and also protect it with a steel plate.
