I've read somewhere that u can have more backspacing the wider the rim. ex. 7.5" u need 4.5"bs and on a 8.5" u only need 5" Is that correct?

One of the guys here ran 5.25" back space wheels with 35x12.5R17 Mud Grapplers on his Jk and it didn't rub. If you are planning on going with a larger tire than 35's I would recommend aiming for a 4.5" back space. Tires are like shoes some run narrow and some run wide. Higher back spacing will work but you need to be more specific with the tire you choose if you run higher than a 4.5"BS wheel.

The Discount is only good when you purchase 5 tires. We will still guarantee the lowest delivered price (unit price + shipping) for a set of 4.
