I have the JKS quicker disconnects. I've had no problems with them..very stout, adjustable, and relatively easy to get on and off.

Been running JKS discos for about 6 years. They work fine, no issues at all with them.

The Teraflex discos are fairly popular also, since they have a way to mount them when disconnected instead of removing and storing someplace.

I prefer the discos that just disconnect from the lower end (joint).

Some come apart at both ends, and even though I've never owned this style, it looks like more work to pull apart and to re-install.

With the bottom only style, you pull the link off the bar pin and stick it on the supplied bracket and your ready to go. Reverse that procedure and your back to normal.

Here's mine.

Used jks for 3 years with no complaints. Easy to install and remove when needed.

Not sure about "best" but I did the homemade ones and they work fine.
