I got the WARN with the rear tire carrier and it looks cool but I really don't recommend it. Besides be very dificult to see like many of these would be, it rattles very bad. The bolts and washers that come with it are cheap and I had to buy all new ones.

As far as the construction, installation, welds and durability it is very, very good.

Its a Jeep and some folks won't care about rattles but if so don't get this one.
