Best rock rails with step capabily

I have the teraflex rails and love them. I have a 9yo and 6yo and they work great as a step to get in. The rails sit high and tight to the jeep and don't lower the side clearance at all. Though a little pricey... $525 or so, they are wicked strong and light. Installation is not easy but not difficult. Just take your time drilling the threaded rivets into the body. I hope this helped....
I'm not too fond of drilling into the tub but I've heard that's the best method of protection with good rails.
On the other hand, the price might be a little too much for now...I'm one of those lucky federal workers working for free right now.

I have the smittybilts and they work awesome as a step. Unfortunately they suck for clearance. I'm changing over to the LOD sliders.
