Default Best setup for narrow trails

I posted earlier about a 2" lift and 33's, but now my concern is the width.

I've read that it's pretty standard to add 1.5" spacers with that setup, but I worry that with wider tires and spacers I won't be able to fit on the narrow trails I ride.

So my question is this: Would a set of LT285/70R17's work without a lift or spacers? I don't disco, but I do use all of my turning radius. Basically, I want a little more clearance without widening my tracks too much. Any sugestions?

And, If I do lift 2" and add 33's with spacers, what is all this about track bars? I've read that it deals with the allignment, but I'm new to jeeping and don't really understand. I'm assuming they keep the axles centered after they're shifted by the lift, but I'm not sure.

Thanks

By narrow, I mean 4-wheeler-narrow in places.

Also, I don't use discos because 1) i haven't had to yet, and 2) i don't really want to get out and under my jeep on the trail with a wrench to do it. But, it does looks really cool and fun, so I'll probably do it by this weekend. I only just found a trail today near my house and it's the first trail I've been on with good spots to do it.

And about that... can you get aftermarket electronic discos?
