Best Spring set up with fox shocks
I'm looking for some springs to switch out the rough country ones that I installed with the 3.5 inch lift. I have never liked the lift since I have put it on. Wish I would have saved for a better riding more complete lift. But so far I have added teraflex front and rear trackbars which helped a lot with the flightiness of jeep going over bumps. Have also upgraded to fox 2.0 shocks and the fox ats steering stabilizer. So far I have looked into Teraflex, RK, and EVO springs. I'm looking at the 3 inch. What would be the best riding spring to add with the fox shocks. I have heard nothing but good so far looking into the EVO plush ride springs. What do you guys recommend. Thanks
Old Man Emu, I went with the 2.5 HD springs front and rear, now have steel front and rear bumpers, but even with stock plastic the jeep rode better than stock. They are dual rate coils, so they will soak up the little bumps, but ride very well over bigger hits. With the HD's you'll net 3-3.5 of usable lift depending on bolt on equipment. I pull a small trailer so the 2.5 HDs in the back actually netted me closer to 4" without trailer hooked up. Purchased from rocky road outfitters, they have a rebate going on now. Good luck
Evo plush is the way to go. I have the Fox 2.0 Performance Reservoir and had rancho springs. I swapped them out with the EVO Plush springs and the ride is so much better than the ranchos.
I'm actually upgrading to coilovers this week. I was going to list the shocks and spring once they were off. PM me if you're interested.

I had EVO coils and rancho 9000, absolutely loved the ride compare to the other 3 lifts I've ran.
And regarding coil length, I am running the Fox 4"-6" shocks and they are one of the longest extended length monotones you can get.
I'll be different from the other guys; I have the one of the potential setups you're looking at (RK 2.5" springs and Fox shocks). I bought my 2.5" springs for my 2 door before they separated the part numbers for 2 and 4 doors, so the RK springs were notoriously longer on a lighter 2 door setup.
Bottom line: How does the combo work together? Really well. The Fox shocks are valved a little stiffer, so that combined with the softness of the RK coils makes the ride better than stock. On the trails, the triple rate coils absolutely shine. In normal crawling, I rarely pick up a tire in places that some people get a little light with other combos. On the road, the ride is a little stiff but very compliant. I have less brake dive and acceleration squat than stock, and the Jeep stays flatter around offramps and corners (and I lack a rear sway bar as well). I actually just got back from a 1200 km trip with the Jeep that included 2 days of rock crawling and the suspension never left me wanting more. Last, I have stock fenders, uncut, with 35" Maxxis tires and the last time I was on the RTI ramp I scored an 1147 with the Jeep.
Overall I'd recommend those coils to anyone. I would suggest front lower control arms at some point though... at that lift height, the castor was outta wack and drove flighty. After adding lower control arms (I've since added uppers) it drove a lot nicer on the highway.

EVO plush coils are top notch in terms of linear rate. I'll throw in my MetalCloak dual rate coils as being the best coils I personally have experience with. RK triple rate had my interest as well, but reviews were mixed.
I ordered a set of their 2.5" coils during their free shipping sale over Memorial Day.
I'll update with a direct comparison to the EVO and RK when the Metal Cloaks get here. They said it could be 3 weeks before they ship though. I'm excited to try them out on my jeep.
