Default Best Track Bar Recommendations

I've got a 2011 4 Door with a 2.5" lift and I'm looking to replace the factory track bar with a new adjustable. I'm looking for recommendations. We primarily drive it on the road, not much off-road. Looking to replace as I've read it will help correct some of the drift and loose feel in the steering. Open to thoughts or recommendations. Thanks.

Welcome to JKF. Good knowledgeable group, friendly. You should get several opinions/suggestions. I am still stock with an AEV 2.5" dual sport so I have no actual thoughts.. From reading forums Terra Flex comes up many times. Check the Sponsoring Advertisers Forum here for online sellers.

Metal Cloak. I don't however seeing the track bar causing the issue. It will help keep the axle centered and thats about it. Good upgrade to do over the stock one as it will be stiffer and Metal Cloak has a really good joint on their track bars. On the rear do you have a raised track bar bracket on the axle? Factory track bar on the rear? Not knowing what you actually have makes it hard to diagnose.

Thanks. I’ll check that one out. The rear would be factory too. Open to other thoughts to tighten up the steering a bit but I’ve read this can help and is good to have for the long run.

+1 on metalcloak and that also not being the source of the issues.

I replaced my OEM front track bar with the Teraflex Monster Front adjustable track bar awhile back and noticed a huge difference immediately. Felt WAY more solid. Not sure why I waited to also replace the rear but I did that a year later and the difference was unreal. It made the entire ride feel way more solid. I didnt have any major issues I was trying to rectify so I dont know what it will do for those type of things but it provided an extremely solid feel to the ride.

I am primarily a Metalcloak user but for this I used a Rubicon Express HD bar with the adjustable on the vehicle threaded sleeve. Honestly, other than a bit more solid feel, I could not see a lot of difference over the stocker but I got the diff centered properly all for $195 Canadian $. Metalcloack takes too long here to order and the RE was 1 day to me.

Does the jeep have any form of Caster correction? Either relocation brackets or adjustable control arms? In lifting the jeep the caster is reduced which will cause 'flighty' steering.
