i was wondering what would be the best way to adjust the lower control arms ? i want to take one off at a time and tighten the jam nuts and put it back on . do i need to support the jeep by the frame ? and or axle ... or can i just do one at a time with the jeep sitting on the ground ? its the rock krawler three link long arm. thanks

Best way to remove and to adjust lower control arms ... No need to jack the jeep, use a large 2" or 3" ratchet strap, wrap it around the front axle bottom to top, run the ratchet end to the skid plate... Loosen the lca bolt axle side place a wrench on the bolt so when you tighten the strap to the point when the wrench rotates easily down by gravity you will know that all the force is on the strap and not the lca bolt. Remove lca or if you want loosen the jam nut prior to strapping the axle the. You don't have to take the lca off to adjust ... Good luck!
