That, and the fact my mall rated rig lives in a garage and is primarily a commuter.
I think I'd still hit it with some WD-40 from time to time, even commuting. That looks like a pretty cool setup though.

Regardless of brand, there are two types of wheel lock. You have the spline style and the key style.

The spline style slips over a specially cut splined lug nut. These can be easily torqued to the proper specification and are very forgiving of repeated removal/reinstallation.

The key type are the ones that have that little that little melted clover shape cut, and a special adapter/key matches that cut. The key is problematic. It slides into a socket and rests against the wheel lock nut. The application of torque must be equal and flat or the key tears up the nut. Don't buy the key type, they're shit. They're probably what the dealer put on too.

Buy these,

Well look like a long time now but I'm finding a good one. Find some good one on amazon and on this one https://innovatecar.com/best-wheel-locks/ they pick the Genuine Subaru B321SFG000 Wheel Lock Kit. I think I gonna choose McGard 24538 Chrome Cone Seat Wheel Locks. Let see how it work.

"Key" style locks are prone to slippage. Once they start slipping the keyway is torn up and they're useless. You'll be better served wit a "spline" style locking lug nut set, especially when applying torque to them.
