ENGO 10k w/ SYnthetic $409 from JeepAddOn's. Several pulls, tough, submerged and the new carbon look is pretty sweet too.

Subscribed! How does the Engo hold up with water? Is it waterproof? I couldn't find any info on their website...

I've had my ENGO completely submerged under water and no problems at all...

Not many winches are completely water proof. But I can tell you from the torture test review the magazine did and from looking at the design of the control box they its a pretty water resistant design. I've had water over the bumper a couple times and no issues.

I agree. It doesn't matter if its a WARN, Smitty, ENGO, Runva, Talon or whatever there are bound to be a few that fail.

Sweet, thanks for the info! I don't do much with water but when I do, it definitely goes over the bumper.
