Default Bestop Bikini Top (Does it Leak?

I am thinking about purchasing the Bikini top with the windjammer and duster portion for the back for my Unlimited in the next few weeks. I am wondering how well it keeps rain out, since at this point I do not have a garage, and I live in Charleston where it rains pretty much everyday at 4 PM.

Should I just get a Soft Top?

get the soft top..

the combo of tops doesnt not stop water from penetrating he cab area.. It has gaps where they meet, Check out my photo link, I have a bestop album... You can see where the gaps will be..

corners where the windjammer meets the roll bar

I used mine today in very heavy rain/storm. Works well, generally keeps the water out while moving. Water does come in the sides while driving, but not too bad. If you leave the bikini top and on and it is raining, it will probably be soaked. What I have been using is the bestop trail rider top (I think that is what it is called). It works very well. Keeps the Jeep dry, with the doors and top off. Quickly folds up into the storage bag. I keep my bikini top on all the time, the put the trail rider top on as needed. I have not had the hard top on for a couple of weeks now.

Hope this helps....
