Yeah, that's what I meant by "we'll see". I'll believe it when I see them on my doorstep. Bestop seems to be taking their time on these.

i 've been anticpating the release of these door for my unlimited, but after seeing the price, i may have to pass. on my tj, i used the soft doors when on the trail as insurance against damaging my steel doors. but with the price of these jk soft doors, i might as well leave the steel doors on and pay to repair any damages--$800 could fix a pretty good sized dent! it will also motivate me to wheel with the doors off regardless of the weather!

Pics taken from another forum, but they look legit. They are just the soft lowers, notice they don't have any velcro for the uppers.

But I would say this is a good sign, hopefully the 2-piece will ship before summer rolls around.

That better not be what I paid $400 for! The quadratec link says 2 piece doors, which, to me, implies uppers and lowers.

Those are the 1 piece lowers, 2 piece is exactly that, 2 pieces.

Look like these.

I'm guessing since the paddle handle isnt instaled yet that they are not finished, but on my LJ soft doors the weather stripping came installed??
from the SEMA shop

In the thread on the other forum he said he didn't put the handle in because he only threw the door on to prove that he had received them. I remember on the ones I had for my YJ I had to install the paddles myself as well. Not sure about the weather stripping, maybe because these are just lowers and not intended to actually be used for weather proofing they don't bother with the stripping
