Default bestop trektop nx

I have a 12 sport 2 dr that came with the hard top. Im looking to get this Bestop Trektop NX. Does anyone have any input on this item? I like the bikini top feature on it, although 65 mph with no doors sounds like it would tear the top right off. Hopefully the snow will be melting soon in Chicago and I will be able to purchase the right top. Thanks for your suggestions.

I am trying to decide on whether to buy one myself. Everything I have read and after emailing Bestop regarding concerns/questions that I have, I am no closer in deciding between it or a factory top. For me it would be going on my new Rubicon X that I hope to have In hand in a few months. I know I will be ordering a hard top, just not sure about with soft top. I like the safari top option myself, but going topless will be nice also. Good luck!

I wasn't very impressed with the Factory soft top on my 2013 2dr last summer. So now I have a Trek Top NX waiting to go on this spring. Can't wait to try it.

I got this top for my 2012 2 door and even with no doors or windows and the top back it holds up going down the highway. I love it. I prefer my hard top for winter but summer time gets this top

Love it! so much quieter than the OEM top - plus it doesn't leak!

Test drove a 2014 Rubicon today with the factory sailcloth soft top. It was very quiet even on the highway. Does the Bestop NX really compare with that quietness even though it is frameless?
