first question is which is the better lift between these three and second question is what else do i need if i plan on installing any of these three systems.

Better for what? You have three great lifts listed here but all may appeal to different groups of people depending on intended use, budget, etc. If you're looking to put larger tires on and occasionally wheel, you can get away with a 2.5 BB for about $500...or go nicer with the flex arm kit you listed if it's in your price range...or if you plan on racing the desert and/or rock crawling frequently, you may want to consider the Elite LCG from TF....In other words no one can recommend one over the other without knowing what you have already done or what you plan to do with it. I would start by completing your profile.
