Yeah, it had been raining pretty consistently here for the last week. Nothing crazy. I have a feeling that something from the Bra (perhaps a bleaching agent on the white underside) came off the fabric and then got trapped under the Bra. It's not just a foggy clear coat because the color has substantially changed. Pretty odd.
