The 34x10.50R-17 should sell well. It fits a wide variety of lifted and non-lifte vehicles running O.E. wheels.

Given they are all LTs and the sizing, they're obviously targeting full size trucks.

Why does it seem tires are only being made in a load range D or E?

It's like C no longer exists.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.

Yes, those are the sizes listed on the BFG website, and will hopefully come sooner than later. Those are not the sizes that will be released out the gate, as DTD has stated initial release will include the following, none of which are for 17s:

I've had very good experience with the previous BFGoodrich all terrain.
The tread doesn't look like it, but they grabbed real well on everything except for deep, sticky mud or deep snow (because there was none here...).
The BFGoodrich specific rubber compound makes the tires behave the way they do.

The new KO2 seem to be an improvement in every aspect but one -- the load rating has increased to load E.
D rating (which I now have on a relatively heavy 4-dr) is already on the hard side, especially for 2-dr.
E is too hard for an 'armored' & loaded 4-dr.
If it was D, the KO2 would have been my next set of tires. The E load removes them from my list.

I would consider getting the 37x12.5x17's if down the road I needed to get a snowflake rated tire. But at over $400 a tire for winter tires, I may stick with MT's
