Default Biggest tire for stock

What is the biggest, widest tire you can put on a stock 2010 without any rubs or problems?

My 2010 Unlimited is running Duratrac 285/70/17 on stock moabs and it rubbed badly on the sway bar. Others have had success with washers on the steering stops, but in order to stop rubbing in my situation I had to run 4 washers on each side and was unable to turn into a parking space - I HAD to get spacers.
