Default biggest tyres for a jk unlimited rubicon with 2" lift

What i wanna know is;
~what is the biggest set of tyres i can fit on my 2010 jku ruby with 2" of lift without having to cut guards, re gear, and allows for the flex of the electronic disconnecting sway bar.

I've heard 34" is the way to go or it's metric equivelant but ther is a question of back spacing and upgrading the rims to suit. I would really prefer to get a mud tyre that won't rub and fits the stock ruby 17" rims.

Does such a tyre exist?

Any thoughts from the guys who know tyres/wranglers or are just unbelievably smart?

Your best bet then would probably be a 295/70-17, which is basically a 34x12.00-17 tire. You will still have some minor rubbing on the control arms at full steering lock because of the stock wheels.

Thanks man. You wouldn't happen to know if goodyear wrangler mt/r with kevlar LT 285/70R17 tyres would fit on the stock rim without rubbing would you?

Why not try with 1.5" wheels spacer? I am running 1.5" wheel spacer and 2.5" BB and my my 35" fits well. No rubbing

One guy here runs 35s without any lift, but obviously he installed flat fenders and aftermarket wheels.

Thanks for the input guys. Sorry it took so long to respond. Checked with some mechanics and wheel guys down here in Bendigo Australia and wheel spacers are illegal down here :-( but it looks like i'll be able to fit 33" maxis bighorns on so mud holes here i come.
