Default Billet Bezel

i recently installed http://www.quadratec.com/products/52110_900.htm this on my JK... it was a bit expensive but IT WORKS GREAT!!!

basically, i got in the jeep one day and saw those obscure hardware on the plastic OE bezel couldn't think of a tool to match it... then i pressed down and the pressure between the bezel and the mounting bracket had loosened over time... long story short i looked a little closer and "CRACK" the whole thing broke in two...

i got one so i could adjust if it loosens... it works great and looks great too!

i'm sure the OE bezel would work great if actual screws and nuts were used... but you would have to drill though..

I can think of better ways to spend $70, but to each his own. I'm not into the chrome look.

watch taking your jeep to the dealer after this,

My idiot dealer decided to try and unscrew the the bolts to remove the bazel.

they broke the inner plastic ring and tried to hide it..

I installed one of these shortly after I received my Jeep back in June. I couldn't stand the look of that plastic one and a Wrangler should have something a little more rugged. That was my reasoning to myself for dropping $70 on it. No chrome...billet aluminum.

Check mine photo out on "myprojectjk-gallery"
I broke the original and had to replace it.
I think it looks good.....but 70 bones is a bit much.
