Default Bilstein 5100 install

ok guys and gals. Got some new Bilstein 5100's for my 07 sahara.
Got back ones on just fine (learned NOT to remove the green strap holding the new shock semi closed before install.)
Front ones... how in tarnation do you get that top nut tight?
The old ProComp's I had, had a square at the top to keep the shaft from spinning. These bilsteins do not. Plus, the threaded end barely fits through the bushing.
Any advice? or pictures?

Thank you so much! I didn't even think to look at the top of it. Stupid instructions were useless.

Front passenger may require trimming some plastic. If you don't want to do that, you can pull the battery, TIPM and tray they sit in. Good idea to write down that Allen wrench size in case you ever need to remove that shock. Otherwise you're messing with different sizes on something you can't see, and searching the Internet for the answer. I've seen two of these come off off-road from folks not properly tightening them. It is why I don't recommend these shocks.

I had more of a problem trying to figure out how the cupped washers went. When i first installed them i got mad and just put a flat washer on it. I must have used the wrong size, On my first trip out i pulled the nut through the bushing and had to fix that while on the trail.

Thanks for all of the advice guys! Got all 4 installed now. I was cursing whoever installed the ProComps that were on there. the passenger front had the top washer/bushing combo flipped. So it was mount, washer, bushing, and then nut that was buried way down into the bushing.
