Default Bilstein or RE?

I heard through the grapevine that Rubicon Express shocks are just relabeled bilsteins. Is this true? Because I'd rather pay $50 per shock than $80. Any info will be appreciated.

Easiest way to find is call RE and ask?

However, even if Bilstein manufactures the RE shocks it does not mean they are the same shock as the 5100 or much less the 7100.

agreed

just because if it is true that billstein manufactures the shock for re, it does not mean u are getting the same shock that billstein sells. i have the re monotube for 4.5" lift, who ever manufactures those, i am very happy with them.
