Default on board air

I'm thinking of getting the Viair comstant duty on board air system for my 2010 JK 4 DR , I would like to mount it under the hood, But don't think the air tank will fit, so where do you guys put the tank?? Sorry new to the Jeep world

Can't comment on the size of the tank under the hood but I do know that extreme heat isn't a friend of compressed air tanks....I used to work in a SCUBA shop!

There are several good threads with pics, a quick search should bring them up. Looks like most are attaching to the rear roll bars or to the floor behind the rear seat.

There is one in particular that stashed his compressor inside the passenger side tail light area. Pretty slick.
