anyone know if diamond/body armor is shipping out yet?

I have already banged up my passengar dor. I dont want it to get to the point of not shutting all the way ...

so I am gonna be adding armor hopefully soon.

 

what brand you looking at? a lot of companies have rocker guards out and aev has steel corner gaurds. most have them in stock too.

 

While there are companies that are making diamond plate body trim that will cover up your doors, I would hardly call it 'armor' and IMHO, it looks kind of cheap. Have you considered running your trails with no doors or maybe with tube doors?

 

Poison Spyder Customs makes a nice body armor plate for the rockers that fits with Rubicon rock rails and other rocker bars/steps. It protecte the body under the doors and extends up to between the doors for the Unlimiteds. They are not shipping quite yet, but can be ordered. I hope to have mine next week

 

yah I saw those ones .. nice looking. There just so expensive. I was looking at diamond plating .. but I think it won't do crap for my jeep.

Mine is hitting trees on my doors ... so yah either taking em off ... or running tube doors. I want to get em for the summer anyways. Right now if I am taking my kids on the trails. I dunno if I can take my doors off ...

I may just have to get rocker guards ... boey.
