Default Body Armor or Paramount

So I've decided to get a swing out bumper, and its between the Body Armor and the Paramount Restyling bumpers. $660 for the Body Armor and $518 for the Paramount. I like the Paramount better but I'm not sure how good their quality is.

I have the Paramount. I like it for the most part. I have problems with my 35" spare wobbling/vibrating from time to time. All my bolts are snug. I think it has something to do with the tire carriers mounting point to the bumper and latch. I have added some bump stops to the carrier btwn the tire and the horizontal cross members...the wobble/vibration isn't nearly as bad as it once was.

If I had to do it all again, I would invest in the Tera Flex tire carrier that bolts to the tailgate. just my .02

I have a buddy about to sell his body armor bumper and carrier if you are interested in saving a few bucks. He sold his jeep. Let me know.

Do you think the vibration could be fixed by replacing the latch with a different one?

I added an additional rubber grommet to make the latch more snug. no difference. I even modified my tail gate tire isolators so that the whole assembly is snug. I have done everything I can..its solid when not in motion, down the road, its a different story.

So there's basically nothing to do that would fix the rattling?

I have the body armor and it rattles a bit. I had to take one of the screws out of the latch mount to make it quit.

Well, disregard all of this. Gonna go with the Bestop rear with tire carrier. I feel a lot more comfortable with their quality, and I would pay more for a better for a better product. You get what you pay for.
