From what I have read, no... people seem to have no problems as long as it is an automatic.

Does anyone have any problems with RC 1.25" body lift with shift adapter? Do I have to worry about popping out gears even though I will use the adapter?

I talked with ECHO and he seems to have no problems with his. I am thinking about going the same route when I can save up for 35s.
